   Aerobic Gymnastics is a high energy, exciting sport that involves both Gymnastics and Dance Movement Patterns. It includes performing dynamic, fast-paced routines on a sprung timber floor in a variety of Individual, Trio and Group Categories.

You will learn a variety of strength/flexibility skills as well as presentation/artistic components which are all included within a routine. Aerobic Gymnastics develops agility and coordination as well as building strength, power and flexibility. It embodies teamwork, fun and grows confidence within the gymnasts.

Aerobic Gymnastics offers a vast range of competitive categories catering for all ages and abilities for both Male and Female Gymnasts. Aerobic Gymnastics gives selected gymnasts the opportunity to excel to an advanced level where opportunities to compete at a State, National and International level can be met.
